Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If you are unhappy with your purchase please email us at hello@bertandtsdesserts.com for assistance.
- When will my order ship?
All orders purchased for nationwide delivery will ship weekly on Tuesdays via express shipping. Orders must be placed by 11:59pm the Friday before.
